 As project manager, RECA will provide a full spectrum of services to its clients; the owner of the property. RECA can assist in identifying the appropriate site to acquire, assist in bidding out and securing the architect/engineer, secure any re-zoning or variances, working towards approval of a preliminary plat. Additionally, RECA can secure the interim/permanent financing, bidding out and securing the general contractor, oversee the construction/construction draw process, providing oversight through the delivery of the certificate of substantial completion from the general contractor. RECA provides project management services with an emphasis in the healthcare field for both ambulatory surgical centers and specialty medical facilities, but will consider non-healthcare projects on a case by case basis.
